Our irrigation season is revving up. Time to check your irrigation balance.

As stated in our ASSOCIATION RULES Section II IRRIGATION:



It is the responsibility of each property owner who wishes to receive irrigation to deposit funds in advance with the Association Treasurer. Please maintain sufficient funds in your account to pay your water needs for the next few months by mailing payment to the Association at P.O. Box 191, Waddell, AZ 85355 in advance of ordering. Do not put payments in the box at the community bulletin board.
Any property owner who does not have sufficient funds in his or her water account to pay for an irrigation order may be denied irrigation.
You can check your balance by logging into your IMS Account.





The Board has approved a revision of the Association Rules as of March 5, 2025. Please review the link under Documents on this page for the updated Rules.



Spring is here, which means it is time to start thinking about landscaping and yard clean up! Please ensure that your yard complies with the standards set forth in our rules in an effort to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood, property values, and safety. The board is reviewing properties and will send out warning letters in the coming weeks to properties that are not in compliance. If you have any questions, please refer to the resources on the website or call the board.

Any property owner who does not have sufficient funds in their account to pay for an irrigation order may be denied irrigation or the requested number of hours may be reduced. Please mail payments to the association mailing address below.
